HealthCourse™ uses an on-line health risk assessment (HRA), feedback links, and information designed to help you take charge of your health and well being. Included here are Healthy Approaches, on-line modules with prompts to targeted sections based on a user's readiness to change.
Your Time addresses personal life topics such as childcare, eldercare, marital issues, financing, and retirement planning.
Resources provides links to important resources such as the American Heart Association and the American Lung Association. Here you can also find a useful glossary of medical and insurance terms. This area can be customized to highlight your company's resources, and message boards can be created to allow users with common interests to communicate. This customized channel can also be used as a cross-marketing platform for EAP, Employee Benefits, Occupational Health & Safety, Work/Life Initiatives and other employee support services.
